• Fill out all paperwork

• Find signup events under event calendar 

• Parent/Legal Guardian must be present at signups

• Included Photo Copy of Athlete’s Birth Certificate

• Full Registration Packet must be completed for in person sign-up

• To Register Online, the following items are required and will    need to be uploaded: Photo of Athlete, Birth Certificate,          2024 Player Contract, 2024 Medical History, Complete all remaining fields

• Full payment (cash, check or credit accepted) required

  • $10 credit fee applies
